Explosion-proof carbon monoxide gas alarm

Introduction
Gas alarm is a flameproof safety device that can rapidly, reliably and stably detect gas concentration continuously in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value of the gas alarm, the alarm will sound and drive external equipment to remind on-site staff to take necessary protective measures, thus preventing gas-induced combustion accidents.
Working principle of gas alarm: The alarm installed on site operates with power supply. When gas leakage occurs, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal. After the voltage signal is processed by the alarm, the data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm will sound and drive external equipment.
Gas alarm is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect oxygen concentration or toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gas concentration in the working environment.
The gas alarm adopts the diffusion method to real-time convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal. After this signal is amplified, it is processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration value, an alarm signal will be sent out.
The gas alarm adopts a dual-chamber design, special imported sensors, and the sensors adopt a modular design, which makes calibration and verification more convenient. It has superior performance, high stability, can output multiple sets of signals, and is easy to install and maintain, meeting the high reliability requirements of industrial on-site equipment.
